End User License Agreement
Caricature Software grants you the
right to install and use one copy of this software on one computer for
personal or/and commercial use. You may not disassemble, decompile,
reverse engineer or modify the software. You may not resell or
redistribute the full version of the software or the license key.
Caricature Software Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted to
you in this agreement.
The trial version is for evaluation only. The trial version can be
redistributed, but only under the same product and company name and
with this license intact.
This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In
no event will Caricature Software liability to you for any damages,
including any lost profits, lost sales, injury to persons, damage to
property or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out
of the use or inability to use the software, or for any claim by any
other party will exceed the amount you paid Caricature Software for
this product.
If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in
effect and the invalid or unenforceable provision is deemed replaced by
a valid, enforceable provision that effectuates the intent of the
original provision.
